To take part in the program, you pay £19.28. Then, at the end, whoever successfully completed the challenge shares the pot of money between them.
With this is mind, Seb’s day one instructions were
“let’s write a play about “19/28”. Perhaps a play about something that costs exactly £19.28. Perhaps a play that starts at 19:28 or ends at 19:28. Maybe set the play in 1928…”
Through this challenge, I discovered that both my maternal and paternal grandfathers were morn in 1928. That the first ever scotch tape was created in 1928 and that George V was monarch.
So I wrote a play about a mother and daughter in a car on the way to a play.
