Day Sixteen, Play Sixteen

” … write an autobigraphical play‚Ķ except that it’s not your autobiography. And in fact, it’s not even true!
Make up a second identity and make it exist.”

“Think good old fashioned American family drama plays.”

So I thought Arthur Miller. I stole the first line from him as a starting point.

Perhaps it ended up being a bit more inspired by American drama plays, namely Miller, than autobiography. But, I did enjoy getting into the mind of my character and letting her tell the story as she remembers experiencing it.

It’s a play within a play.

Enjoy!
